RETURN POLICY

All Sale, Clearance, Made to Order, Seasonal and Custom items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. Other exclusions may apply.

Refunds will only be issued after the item(s) has been received, inspected and approved at our DiCarlo Warehouse.

Please Allow 10-14 business days for returns to be processed. Returns will be issued either by a store credit to your account, or charge back.

For items that require a pickup to return to our warehouse, you must obtain a pickup authorization within 7 days from DiCarlo.

DiCarlo reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in original condition due to damage or misuse by the client.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

All regular priced Pre-Order items are eligible to be returned within 7 business days of delivery/pick up date. Your refund will be reduced by a restocking fee equal to 20% of the purchase price. Item(s) must be approved by DiCarlo to be in their original, unused, undamaged condition with all original tags/labels attached before they can be accepted for a refund. Item(s) must be accompanied by original proof of purchase.

Shipping and Delivery charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges to have the item(s) returned to the DiCarlo Warehouse, unless otherwise stated by DiCarlo.

Made to Order, Seasonal and Custom itemare submitted for production immediately upon order placement and are built to your specifications. All Made to Order, Seasonal and Custom orders require payment in full, and are non-refundable, non-cancellable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

CANCELLATIONS

For all orders that are canceled prior to item(s) shipping, no delivery fee will be charged.

All Made to Order, Seasonal and Custom orders require payment in full, and are non-cancellable once paid.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Gift Cards, Altar Bread, Sacramental Wine, Sacred Vessels, Opened CD’s/DVD, Dated and Annual publication(s)/item(s) are not eligible to be returned and are considered final sale.

All altered items, installed, made to order, custom orders, clearance product and floor models are final sale and are not eligible for return

DiCarlo will not be liable for any labour or other expenses of any kind or nature incurred in connection with the sale, use or replacement of any defective product or parts.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

DiCarlo strives to offer you the best products from around the world. Due to this, warranties will vary based on the type of product, and will be addressed on a case by case basis.

DiCarlo will examine the product and decide, at its sole discretion, if it is covered under warranty. If it is considered covered, DiCarlo through its own service operations, will then, at its sole discretion, replace it with the same or a comparable product. If the item is no longer sold by DiCarlo, DiCarlo will provide an appropriate replacement.

It is DiCarlo that determines, at its sole discretion, what constitutes an appropriate replacement.
