The DiCarlo Group was founded on the platform of supplying everyday consumables to Church and Religious Institutions. Since then, DiCarlo has evolved into a multifaceted company specializing in Restorations, Renovations, Custom Works, as well as providing the largest Religious Film/TV Prop Rentals in Canada.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. Who can be responsible for:

  • Accounts - Receivable/Payable
  • Provide general administrative support via phone, email, and mail.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations.
  • Order taking and processing via phone, email, and our Shopify platform.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems.
  • Communicate with vendors and service providers.
  • Provide high quality customer service to customers through inbound and outbound calls and email
  • Follow up with customers on overdue account payments and other collections duties
  • Obtain and maintain up-to-date customer account information, and perform other administrative duties as required
What you Bring:
  • Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in Accounting
  • 2+ years of office administration experience. Authorized to work in Canada and available to start immediately.
  • Proficient with Quickbooks, Google, and Microsoft Software.
  • Computer literate, and comfortable using technology in workflow.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication (Second Language a bonus).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Positive and proactive attitude with attention to detail.
