DiCarlo strives to deliver your order as soon as possible. We do this by having multiple DiCarlo Retail Locations available for Order Pick up. In addition to our own DiCarlo Delivery services, which include Premium, Standard, and Freight services. Offering you Nationwide delivery coverage across all of Canada in every city and all towns in between.

 


DICARLO RETAIL LOCATIONS PICK UP

Orders can be arranged for pick up at one of our two Southern Ontario DiCarlo Retail Locations.

You will be contacted by phone/email when your order is ready for pick up. Once you are notified of your Order being ready for pick up, Orders will then be held at your chosen pick up location for 7 business days. If your Order is not picked up within those 7 business days you will then be contacted to arrange a shipping option. Storage charges will apply for Orders held longer than 7 business days.

To ensure prompt pick up of your Order, please bring a copy of your order confirmation.

DICARLO DELIVERY PREMIUM SERVICE

Our DiCarlo Premium Delivery serves the Southern Ontario Greater Golden Horseshoe/GTA area. Staffed by our own DiCarlo Delivery Professionals. We aim to ensure you receive the best white glove service by offering, clean, organized inside delivery at your location, as well as assembly, stocking and set up help when the situation presents itself.

Premium delivery has some basic requirements:

  • You need to provide us with at least three possible delivery days from Monday to Friday.
  • You need to be available during the above days from 9 am - 3 pm to receive your delivery.

If your delivery requires a more specific day and time window, We offer an Appointment Delivery Service level to help you ensure you get your delivery.

You will be contacted to arrange Delivery details once your Order is placed.


 


DICARLO DELIVERY STANDARD AND FREIGHT SERVICE

Our DiCarlo Standard and Freight Delivery serves All of Canada. Offering Outdoor, Entryway delivery at your location, in a prompt and timely manner.

Standard delivery has some basic requirements:

  • You need to provide us with at least three possible delivery days from Monday to Friday.
  • You need to be available during the above days from 9 am - 3 pm to receive your delivery.

If your delivery requires a more specific day and time window, We offer an Appointment Delivery Service level to help you ensure you get your delivery.

You will be contacted to arrange Delivery details once your Order is placed.


APPOINTMENT DELIVERY SERVICE

Our Appointment Delivery service is available for DiCarlo Delivery Services, Premium, Standard, and Freight.

A Delivery becomes an Appointment Delivery when you the Receiver require a more specific day and time window for delivery than our Standard Delivery Service offers.

You will be contacted to arrange Delivery details once your Order is placed.


EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES

Orders that are shipped by courier will be shipped Canada wide as soon as possible unless otherwise arranged. You will be notified by e-mail once your order is shipped. The e-mail notification will contain details about your order, and allow you to track, or change shipping options. Ready To Ship items that ship by courier arrive in 1-5 business days.

Orders that are shipped by our own DiCarlo Delivery Services, Premium, Standard, or Freight and contain Ready To Ship item arrive in 2-7 business days.

Please note that items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped or arrive at their destination together. This is due to differences in the items shipping times, availability, and/or delivery service shipping systems.


PREPARING FOR YOUR ORDER

DiCarlo strives to fulfill and exceed your Shipping and Delivery needs. Please notify DiCarlo of any special requirements necessary to ensure a successful Delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, Appointment Delivery, the need for small trucks to navigate narrow roads and driveways, restricted Delivery time frames, gated entry access, multiple flights of stairs and service elevator reservations. Please note our Delivery professionals are not permitted to move furniture currently in your location, nor are they allowed to move or set up electrical equipment.

DiCarlo also offers pick up of certain unwanted Liturgical Appointments, Sacred Vessels and Religious Wares that are no longer needed/wanted. Please contact us via Email: info@dicarlo.co or Phone: 1-800-208-9452 to see if your item's qualifies for this service.

Prior to your Delivery, please ensure you have enough designated space to accommodate your Order.

An authorized individual must be present during your scheduled Delivery window to accept, inspect your items and sign the delivery receipt.


INSPECTING YOUR ORDER 

Our team thoroughly inspects every item before it leaves our warehouse, however it is important that you take the time to inspect your order to make sure that there is no damage, defects or errors.

Should you receive an item(s) with any damages to the box or noticeable markings, please have the Delivery professional make a note of this in their system before they leave the Delivery with you.

Any claim for orders that arrive damaged must be reported within 24hrs of receiving to DiCarlo. Please keep the original shipping container and any packing material, as this may be required for insurance claims.

Many items are hand-crafted and utilize natural materials and therefore one can expect variations between a floor model, photos, swatches and between items.

Offsite, Made to Order and Custom Items

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY AND FREIGHT FORWARDING

We only ship within Canada. We do not ship to the U.S.A. or Internationally. However, International clients can have orders delivered to a delivery/freight forwarder of their choice located in Canada. Due to the special nature of International shipments forwarding charges are your responsibility. DiCarlo will treat these orders as a Domestic Delivery to the freight forwarder in Canada, after which you will be responsible for the shipment.
