The price offered by a competitor is for a new item which remains in its original packaging.

CONDITIONS

• Competitor's offer must be in effect at the time of the Price Match request
• Offer applies to the purchase price of the merchandise only
• The product must have the exact same brand name and model #
• Competitor’s offer must be in Canadian dollars
• Competitor must have the product in stock for immediate sale at the time you want to benefit from the Price Match offer. The product must also be in stock and available at DiCarlo for immediate sale.
• The Competitor's offer is for a product that is new, factory-sealed and subject to the manufacturer’s warranty in Canada. 
• The product must be sold and shipped by a retailer AND authorized dealer located within Canada, in the same geographic area.
• DiCarlo will Price Match offers from Canada only online Competitor’s stores that can ship to your location. (Competitor must have a registered physical storefront in brick and mortar located in Canada)

• Marketplace sellers on websites such as Amazon.ca or resellers such as eBay.ca
• Discounts applied in checkout
• Offers advertised as percentage off or dollar off (e.g., "15% off" or "$5 off")
• Auction and bid prices or those requiring memberships
• Bundle offers, rebates, coupons, mail-in offers, offers that include financing
• Competitors offer that have listed as clearance, close out, liquidation, special hour, flash, limited/minimum quantity or other special event offers
• Prices as a result of pickup discounts
• Competitor’s special orders prices
• Competitor’s Black Friday/Cyber Monday prices and Boxing Day/Week prices (including Pre-Black Friday event prices)
• Competitor’s member only, employee only, military only, or senior citizen only prices
• Competitor’s financing offers
• Competitor's offers involving Gift Cards
• Competitor’s gift with purchase offers
• Competitor’s mail order offers
• Competitor’s free or bonus offers
• Manufacturer coupons or rebates
• Prices found on closeout/discount websites;
• Competitor’s discounts that apply to multiple products at a time, in manner that it is not possible to assign such discounts to a particular item, including but not limited to “buy more, save more” types of discounts.
• Products on our exclusion list
• The product’s price must not be lower due to an advertising error, misprint, or special sale price
• Product cannot be a discontinued, reconditioned, used, damaged, returned, open-box or a demonstrator product.
• Price Match does not apply to taxes and add-on related services such as delivery, installation, rental, assembly, and labor.
• Products cannot be clearance, after-rebate or coupon/promo code discounted prices, discounts for "cash" purchases and refurbished, shop-worn, floor model or other items that are not new and first quality.

• DiCarlo reserves its right to limit quantities sold to an individual customer. If you’re looking to buy a significant quantity of a specific item, please contact us to see if a volume discount is available.
• DiCarlo reserves its right to verify the competitor is an authorized dealer located in Canada, That the advertised offer is correct, and that the merchandise is identical (same brand, manufacturer and model name/number), and is in stock at the competitor's local and/or online store.
• DiCarlo reserves its rights to verify whether the Competitor veritably offers a lower price for an identical product at the date of purchase in order to make a fair and just price comparison.
• The Price Match offer cannot be combined with any other offer, including but not limited to DiCarlo coupons or DiCarlo promo codes that are applied on product prices.
• The prices of products featured on DiCarlo.co may differ from the prices shown in stores for the same product. The prices of identical products may also vary by store.
